A short summary of Jehkotar’s blogpost in English.
Taru created her first altered book and used Varalusikka Paper Garden materials for it. She made also a short video about it.
Taru covered the spread with clear gesso, let it dry properly, and sprayed the pages with Tattered Angels brown Glimmer Mist spray. Then she took a baby wipe and wiped the page through a Tim Holtz stencil to get a tattered, worn out, soft pattern.
The next step was layering the pages with washi tapes and papers. Taru distressed the paper edges with brown Distress Inks, and stamped some papers with stamps from Paper Garden shop. She used both glue and 3D stickers for attaching the papers, and finished the vintage look by adding some splashs, and a couple of Prima Melange Art Pebbles.
